Though Gines Insurance Agency commenced transacting business in 2024, Gines (pronounced He-nez) and Katie have a combined 40 years of insurance industry knowledge. Gines has lived in Central Florida his entire life, while Katie was born in Colombia, moved to South Florida at a young age and has been in Central Florida for the past decade. Katie has spent all 20 years of her insurance career in the agency world in both customer service and leadership. Gines started in insurance claims and worked his way up to handling complex injury, litigation, subrogation, property and fatality claims for 13 years. After his claim’s role, he made the switch to Inside Insurance Sales Advisor, worked his way up through leadership and eventually into the agent’s role where he has been for the past 4 years, licensed in 30+ states. Together, Gines and Katie provide insurance knowledge, expertise, custom coverage and ensure what matters most to you, is protected by the insurance policy through auto, home, life, liability, work comp, commercial auto/business/property and more!
